Hearing & Vision Screening 

The RHMS Health Services team needs about 20 volunteers to help with 7th grade Hearing and Vision Screening on Tuesday, December 10 from 7:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. No medical expertise or previous experience is needed. The school nursing staff will provide training before the first group of students arrives.

Roles needed:

• Coordinator (1): Arrive early at 7:15 a.m., set up coffee and snacks, greet volunteers and provide name tags. The coordinator is also welcome to stay and help perform screenings.
• Screeners (20): Attend required training at 8 a.m., perform screenings.

We also need donations of snacks and refreshments for the volunteers. If you aren't available to help with screening, please consider donating sometime from the list below.

Reminder: Like any other school related activity, every on-site volunteer must be approved by the Lake Washington School District.
